Mission, Vision, Values

Mission

To identify and respond to the unmet basic needs of people who live in our community, and to assist them in moving toward self-sufficiency through the creative action of an inclusive partnership of communities of faith, schools, government, businesses, community groups, foundations, health systems, and individuals.

Vision

A community that works together to ensure a safe place to call home for every family, a winning start in life for every child, educational opportunity for every youth, a chance to be successful for every breadwinner, a way for every senior to live in dignity, a welcome home to every immigrant, safety and healing for the most vulnerable among us, and the shelter of each other through the storms of life.

Values

We are guided in our relationship with the people we serve, our community partners, volunteers, donors, and all others with whom we work by these values: respect, hospitality, mutuality, confidentiality, and commitment to quality.
