More Ways to Give

Building for Good Capital Campaign

Building for Good is a $5.5 million capital campaign to purchase and renovate the former Erickson New Market property (Hwy 101 and County Rd. 6 in Plymouth) and to provide an operating reserve and contingency fund. This 40,000 sq. ft. facility would be converted into a holistic, one-stop community service center. The new facility will include offices for IOCP, a food shelf, a nonprofit resale shop, office space for partners, and community meeting space. IOCP is half way to its campaign goal and is actively pursuing the remaining $2.7 million from individuals, businesses, and foundations. Donations need to be secured by Aug. 15, 2010.

Together for Good Endowment Fund

Together for Good (PDF) is a $15 million campaign to sustain and grow IOCP’s capacity to strengthen our community long-term. The goal of the endowment is to enable IOCP to begin each year with 25% of its annual budget secured. Annual distributions from the endowment fund will sustain and grow our capacity to deliver quality services and to leverage the resources required to remove the key barriers—housing, child care, employment, transportation, and community connections—that keep families and children of our community in the margins of their dreams.
