©2003 Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners - All rights reserved	Stock gifts are an important source of support for IOCP.  Giving a stock gift is easy.  The process is as follows:   Notify your broker of your intended gift transfer and ask your broker to contact Jill Kohler, IOCP  development Director (952-404-9388)  with the following information: name and phone number of broker name of donor name of the stock transferred number of shares being transferred 1.  If you choose to notify your broker of your intended gift by mail, a sample letter is provided below. 2.  To execute an electronic transfer of your stock to Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners, please transfer stock to IOCP's brokerage account at Morgan Stanley, DTC #015, account number: 319-023999-025, by completing a gift letter and sending it to your brokerage firm.   3.  If stock certificate is held by individual(s), the actual certificate can be mailed or brought directly to Morgan Stanley at 294 East Grove Lane, Ste 220, in Wayzata, MN with a letter of instruction asking that it be deposited to the account of Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners, account number:   319-023999-025. You will need to transfer ownership on the back of the certificate by writing Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners, Tax ID # 36-3482724 after the phrase "We hereby sell, assign and transfer to.....".  All persons listed on the front of the certificate as owners must sign to complete the transfer. 4.  The date of your gift is the date that IOCP receives shares in its account.  The value of the gift will be the average of the high and low prices on the day the gift was received in the IOCP account.  You will receive written confirmation of the value and date of your gift for income tax purposes.
