People who come to IOCP are often in crisis.  They may face homelessness or unemployment.  A car repair may exceed their monthly income.  Parents may be struggling to afford child care.   IOCP responds with choices.  We refer families to resources, help them identify options, and work with them to stabilize their situation so they can move toward positive change. In addition to providing direct client services, IOCP focuses its programs around five areas:
