We are the community that can. We live in a community that can take care of the housing needs of all of our people.

Now, given the tough economy, our community's housing needs are increasing.

It will take $2 million for IOCP to address the anticipated need in these areas:

Responding to 2,376 emergency housing crises
Intervening to prevent homelessness for 70 families and individuals
Preventing foreclosure and loss of their home for 15 families
Stabilizing 16 families through intensive services leading to economic self-sufficiency
Partnering to pursue new affordable housing development projects
Providing on-site resources and services for 824 families in 8 apartment neighborhoods
