Charities Teaming Up to Build Affordable Housing Complex

From the June 28, 2006 edition of the Star Tribune:

This week, Habitat for Humanity and local charity Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners (IOCP) — the sponsor of an annual sleep-out fundraiser — will break ground on a new affordable housing complex.

Village Homes, two pair of twin homes at 170 Gleason Lake Road in Wayzata near Hwy. 12, will cost about $800,000 to build.
