Financial Literacy Classes Receive Funding

February 2, 2010

Thanks to the efforts of IOCP volunteer Bill Schuyler of West Financial, Hamel, and IOCP homeless case manager Jess Jaderston, IOCP has received a $3,000 grant from the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation. Funds will be used for financial literacy classes, to be scheduled this spring and summer.

The purpose of the classes is to enable more people to benefit from increased financial knowledge and feel empowered to make good financial decisions.
