Funding for Boulevard Apartments Complete

In response to IOCP’s request in October 2009, the State of Minnesota Housing Finance Agency has awarded $132,356 for the development of the Boulevard Apartments. This completes the funding phase for the 6-unit project, with all $915,000 in place.
IOCP will now focus on finishing construction on the building, with occupancy projected for September 2010.
