IOCP to Stress Efficiency in '09

(2008) marks only the second time in its 13-year history that The Sleep Out has failed to meet its goal. … Despite the dip in donations, Jill Kohler said that IOCP’s forecast for 2009 is “generally positive” compared to other nonprofits in the area. “We’re down about 10 percent from where we’ve been the last three years,” she added. “And we weren’t budgeted for $2 million, that’s just what we were hoping for.”
