Suburban Clergy Raise Visibility of Homeless People

From the January 2009 MetroLutheran:

Pastors from a variety of congregations from the Plymouth and Wayzata areas spent one of the coldest nights of the winter at IOCP’s Sleep Out Campaign. “I also love to see our community pull together as businesses, schools, churches, organizations, and individuals raise funds to keep people in our own back yard in their housing,” said Rev. Valerie Strand Patterson.
