GE Capital

GE Capital has been one of those partners that just keeps giving—in so many ways.

The company selected IOCP for its In the Community, For the Community program, awarding a $30,000 grant to the youth component of IOCP’s CONECT program. The funds support youth programming, which includes homework clubs, Camp CONECT, youth leadership development, and enrichment activities.

GE volunteers also organized an end-of-camp celebration for the nearly 150 kids participating in Camp CONECT. More than 20 employees were on hand to run the activities and serve food.

In addition, GE employees are providing administrative support to IOCP by coaching the staff with Lean tools to help implement efficiencies across the organization.
