Employment
IOCP staff assists participants in preparing for, securing, and maintaining employment. Participants work with IOCP staff to:
- Determine work readiness barriers
- Identify employment goals, interests, skills and experience, and work history
- Explore career paths and build skills
- Create a budget and set an income goal
- Develop a work plan and conduct a successful job search
- Design and implement a retention plan
