One-Time Opportunities

Are you looking for a one-time project that helps the community but does not require prior training or ongoing commitments? Sign up for these one-time opportunities today!

  • Read to youth at community “Pop  In and Read” events — Participate in story time and listen to kids ready to you at our Pop In and Read events co-hosted by Interfaith Outreach and Wayzata Public Schools. Events will take place at South Shore Park in Plymouth throughout the summer.  View openings and sign up here
  • Pack food for seniors – Sign up to volunteer in the food shelf packing food bags for seniors in our home delivery program! Youth and adults are welcome. Youth ages 5-17 must sign up with an adult (one-to-one ratio). This 1-on-1 support from an adult allows us to accurately pack up the items that our participants need and want.
  • Help kids get ready for school! — Volunteers are needed Aug. 1-Sept. 7 to sort incoming school supply donations, pack grade-specific bags of supplies and assist with our school supply distribution day. High school and adult volunteers welcome.  Sign up today

Check back for additional opportunities throughout the year.
