Affordable Housing Development

IOCP is committed to providing long-term housing solutions for the families it serves.

In 2001, Outreach Development Corporation was created as a vehicle to create and implement development of affordable housing projects. Since then, partnerships with city, county, and business groups as well as individuals have allowed IOCP to develop 67 units of affordable rental and ownership housing in the 8 suburban communities IOCP serves.

Contributions to the annual Sleep Out campaign provide seed money to attract public and private funds in support of development projects.
