Single-Family Homes

Between 1993 and 2004, IOCP partnered with local homebuilders, realtors, cities, banks, the local school board, volunteers, Homes Within Reach, and individual donors to build, purchase, or rehab 8 single-family homes and a townhome. Families served were homeless and struggling to stabilize.
