Vicksburg Commons

In partnership with CommonBond Communities, the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the Upper Midwest, IOCP spurred the development of an affordable 50-unit townhome neighborhood in Plymouth. CommonBond Communities developed the property and manages it, and IOCP provides on-site supportive services for families and children. Four units are designated for families who have experienced long-term homelessness.

Funders of the $9.16 million Vicksburg Commons project included:

  • Local businesses
