Interfaith Outreach works side-by-side with families in times of need. Our services include food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services and child care resources. COVID-19 has created additional stressors for many of us. If you or someone you know needs support please reach out.

If you live in Hamel, Long Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth west of 494 or Wayzata and want to begin accessing Interfaith services, please reach us by email us at clientintake@iocp.org or call us at 763-489-7500 to get started.

We will schedule an initial phone conversation with staff and will ask to see (or see a picture of) your picture identification (ID), and utility bill (heat, electric, etc.) dated within the last 30 days to confirm your address and we will ask you to sign a few forms. That can be done by email or by visiting us during front desk hours.

Front Desk Hours
*Beginning Sept. 8, some staff and volunteers will be at the front desk to connect briefly (up to 15 minutes). A maximum of 6 guests can be in the lobby at one time, and a health screening is required. Learn more about what we offer during these hours.
