WeCan – Western Communities Action Network
Serves residents in the western communities of Hennepin County including Mound, Minnetrista, Rockford, Spring Park,  Minnetonka Beach, Tonka Bay, St. Bonifacius, Tonka Bay, Navarre, Minnetonka Beach, Maple Plain, Loretto, Independence and Greenfield.
